Damaged products upon arrival. How annoying!

Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, unfortunately, the return period expires.

For the fastest solution, send us an email with a photo showing the damaged part of the product. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface where the label and defective part can be clearly seen. We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.

For defective products, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot make a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, sometimes orders slip through and we deliver the wrong product to you. Of course we will solve this and send you the correct order free of charge.

Our orders are stopped after 5 minutes in the processing process and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible after that. Our system is fully automated with our suppliers, which means that the shipment of placed orders can no longer be stopped. Upon receipt of your order, the product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and labels. The product must not show any signs of use. A return shipment must always have a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days. Track and Trace information is available from the moment your package arrives at the mail order company. Please note that there may be some delay.

The average delivery time is 10-15 working days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and allows us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us.

Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience!
