Delivery time

We find the environment very important and that is why we do our best to contribute to a better world with less pollution. That is why we work with bulk orders and only ship the products that have actually been ordered. As a result, our average processing time is 2-3 business days for orders and our average delivery time is 6-15 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond LOLANDO's control.

Postage costs

We cover the shipping costs for all our products within the Netherlands and Belgium. They are shipped to you for free. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery services

We use reliable delivery partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to track the progress of your order.

Packages not delivered

In case of a non-delivered package, please contact our customer service. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
