Returns Policy

Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be registered in advance via info@lolando.nl, stating the order number and the reason for the return.

  • Products must be in original condition with original tags and labels.

  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.

  • The return shipment must contain a returns form. Download the return form.

  • The goods to be returned must not show any signs of use.

  • Photo or video evidence that clearly shows the problem (for products that are damaged, not as described and received incorrectly)

If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:

  • For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
  • Which are manufactured by the trader according to consumer specifications (customization).
  • Which are clearly personal in nature.
  • Which due to their nature cannot be returned.
  • Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

Refund procedure

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send an email confirmation.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Postage costs

As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping, including any customs fees: return costs will not be reimbursed. If the package shows the status "lost in transit", we are not responsible for the return shipping. Returns due to LOLANDO's error will be covered by us.

Always check whether your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be reimbursed. Sending your return by post without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk.

(Please note that there may be high costs for returning to China ≈ €15-25).

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days after we have processed your return.

Cancellation of orders

It is only possible to cancel your order 5 minutes after you have placed the order. After 5 minutes our orders are stopped in the processing process and after that cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
